Сколько идут посылки из Китая? #1 (13 посылок)Добрый день, заказывала в декабре айфон с Америки, посылку принесли на дом, мама расписалась за нее вместо меня.
Сделал фото -- получил iPad 4
Открыла посылку - там было всё (зарядник, чехлы), кроме айфона.
Открыла кейс на ebay и вот что они прислали:

#: 1807*******). I understand that you received packaging and not your
iphone and have been working with your seller on the insurance. I am very
sorry that you have not received you phone and having to file insurance.
I am sorry for our delay in responding to you about this issue. We are
having a higher than normal volume of contacts and it is pushing back our
response time. Thank you for allowing us to help you.
After reviewing the communication between you and the seller, I see that the
shipping carrier is involved and a case has been open due to 18077*******.
We've placed this case on hold for 5 days (1/29/2012) to give you time to
arrange an inspection and work through the insurance claim. Please
understand that when an item arrives damaged or not working, we require an
inspection be done before we can approve a return.
We give the seller an opportunity to file an insurance claim with the
shipping carrier so the seller can be reimbursed if the package was damaged
in transit. Whether or not the shipping carrier approves the claim, the
seller has paid for insurance, and we want to give the seller an opportunity
to have the package inspected.
If the shipping carrier inspects the package and leaves it with you, we're
usually able to give you approval to return the item.
If the shipping carrier takes the item, please ask for a pickup confirmation
form. This shows the shipping carrier has the item, and we'll be able to
issue you a refund.
Please scan the pickup confirmation and reply to this email with an
attachment. If you're unable to scan it, please fax it to (303) 395-2828.
You will need to do this by 2/03/2012.
To summarize, we're giving you and the seller 10 days to have the package
inspected. Please reply to this email with an attachment of the pickup
confirmation form, or fax it, within 10 days, or the case may be closed and
you won't be able to get a refund.
We'll be back in touch by 2/05/2012 after we've had an opportunity to review
the documentation you've sent.
